Coaching

Our weekly sessions are run by or under the guidance of Athletics Australia Accredited coaches. Our friendly coaches support members to achieve their personal running and fitness goals.  Whether you are a walker looking to run your first 5km or an experienced runner seeking new challenges - you will find encouragement and opportunity for growth with RCR.  

 

Road & Trail Running

 

RCR sessions vary in terrain, distance and pace. For example, the Super Saturday in Toohey run is part trail and road. Similarly, Sunday runs offer plenty of variety, being run either in bushland or through parks and suburbs along the Brisbane River. Regular attendance at our sessions will improve your strength and fitness. We love training together for local, interstate, and overseas trail and road running events.
